We were very pleased with each aspect of the experience, from booking, through cost estimate to the day itself - reception, speed of work, explanation - all were far more than acceptable. I have mentioned elsewhere that, in particular, my wife (who had to bring in the car on the day) noted and was delighted that there was not a hint of being patronised as a woman. This is very important to us both.
